An information service

broksy.eu is an information and education service. We compare the services of brokers available in Poland and calculate what using an account costs under stated assumptions. We do so from brokers' public documents and show the source of every figure.

The operator of broksy.eu is not an investment firm, a bank or an adviser. It holds no KNF licence for brokerage activity or investment advice and is not supervised by KNF.

This is not advice

The Site's content, including rankings, calculator results, comparisons and texts, is not an investment recommendation, investment advice, legal advice or tax advice. It does not take into account your financial situation, knowledge, experience or goals.

You choose a broker and an account type and make investment decisions on your own and at your own risk. Investing carries the risk of losing part or all of your capital.

We do not rate instruments

The Site compares brokers' services, not financial instruments. We do not say which shares, ETFs or bonds to buy or sell, give no target prices and do not rate their attractiveness. Instruments are mentioned only to show whether and at what cost they can be bought at a given broker.

The personal investment account (OKI) is a type of account introduced by statute. The Site does not keep such accounts and is not an institution offering OKI; it only describes and compares the offers of institutions that keep them.

Accuracy and currency of data

We take care that the data is true. It may still contain errors or be out of date: brokers change their fees and documents can be ambiguous. Every figure carries its source and verification date; a figure not re-checked for 90 days is marked as needing re-verification.

Only the broker's current documents are binding. Before opening an account, check its fee schedule and terms. You can report an error in the data through the form on the Site or at hello@broksy.eu.

Partner links

Some links to brokers are labelled as partner links. If you open an account through such a link, the operator of the Site may receive a fee from the broker. This does not affect the order in rankings, the scores or the calculated costs, and brokers without a partner agreement are shown on the same terms. Details are in the Terms of service.

CFDs and leveraged products

Some brokers offer CFDs and other leveraged products. These are complex instruments with a high risk of losing money rapidly. The Site does not compare CFD offers and does not encourage using them; for brokers that offer them we show the broker's own risk warning.

Tax information

Information about taxes, including PIT-38, IKE, IKZE and OKI, is general, reflects the law as of the stated date and is not tax advice. Rules change, and your situation may need individual analysis. If in doubt, consult a tax adviser.

We give no guidance on getting around brokers' identity, tax residency or sanctions checks. We only state which documents a broker requires, with a source.

Artificial intelligence

Drafts of texts and translations may be prepared with artificial intelligence tools. Every published text is reviewed by a person, and figures come only from the stated sources. The binding version of every document is the Polish one.
